Tercek Realty just handled the recent sale of my home in West Linn. Their office has a TEAM approach which really worked great for me—questions answered quickly. Even though my home was not a high priced residence they approached it with same ‘full court press’ right from the start. Great advice on how to stage the home, beautiful photographs and videos, nice flyers and all done very efficiently. Luckily I received an offer very quickly on my home and a couple days later a backup offer. I needed coaching on how to handle all of it and they were there for me every step of the way.
